Carmella was a parishioner at St. Paul's R.C. Church of St. Katharine Drexel Parish. She worked as a secretary and also at Dairy Queen for over 10 years. Carmella enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, going to Atlantic City, playing poker and Bingo. Wife of the late Vincent and mother of the late Vincent, she is survived by her daughter and son- in-law, Cheryl Pallante (James); grandchildren, Matthew, Alicia Steinmann (David); her siblings, Lena Abele (John), Barbara Shansey; brothers and sisters-in-law, Michael Conda (Theresa), Joseph Conda (Judith), Anthony Conda; her dear friend, Anna Coccia; and several nieces and nephews. The family invites friends to her viewings and Funeral Mass. Viewings will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, and from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday, at the Page Funeral Home, 302 E. Union St., Burlington, NJ 08016. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday, at St. Paul's R.C. Church, 223 E. Union St. Burlington, NJ 08016, with burial to follow in Laurel Hill Cemetery. Donations may be made in her name to either St. Katharine Drexel Parish or to MANNA, 420 North 20th St., Philadelphia, PA 19130.
